Babić is a blue grape indigenous to the Sibenik-Knin region of the Dalmatian coast. Predating modern practices, Marinov runs his farm using century old methods. The result is a unique wine from notoriously difficult old vines. An earthy nose with hints of balsamic, elderberry and a little savory edge. Perfect with grilled meats!
