Founded in 1955, this domaine is entirely within the village of Chateauneuf-du-Pape! Certified organic, but decidedly old school in approach. Mostly Grenache Noir and Mourvedre, approachable in it’s youth due to long elevage. A fine partner to any dish with red meat. Complex forest berry aromas with white pepper and a touch of game on the palate.
