Each month, we will be curating a selection of three bottles of organic wines, thematically arranged by country or region, grape, or winemaking style. We will be focused on procuring wines that use estate fruit, small production vineyards and natural winemaking processes.
This is tier 2, featuring bottles of exceptional quality and limited availability (there may be a minimal amount of bottles in town, or imported to the USA!)
